4. What is prefiling and how do you prefile? Prefiling is simply submitting the necessary information needed to file your taxes in advance and either pay the deposit (lay-a-way) or the entire preparation fees. You can submit the information by postal mail, fax, scan, in-person at our office or by home service pickup.
